As an athlete it is very important to take your strength and conditioning seriously. Your competition is putting in the work on the court or ice just like you are, but your strength and conditioning can be the difference between you and them. At PV Peak Performance we know this, and we guarantee we can help you reach another gear in your sport performance. 

We will go through fitness testing to determine baseline numbers before starting the program. We'll progressively overload at a sustainable rate to ensure you continue to get better, before re-testing consistently making changes accordingly so every aspect of your fitness is primed for the beginning of the season. Throughout the entire process you will be closely monitored with adjustments made accordingly so that you continue to get better!
